Content Use Policy

1. Copyright

All content provided by Say Global English — class videos, learning materials, quizzes, AI-generated content and the like — is copyrighted by Huston English Academy.

• Class videos are original content produced by our own Huston English Academy teachers.
• Every video is built on the academy’s own curriculum.
• Any textbook material appearing in a video is used within the scope of fair use for educational purposes.

2. Scope of use

• Allowed: watching, taking notes and reviewing for your own study
• Prohibited: recording, screen-capturing, downloading, copying, redistributing or sharing
• Prohibited: commercial use, or posting on other platforms
• Prohibited: sharing your account, or transferring access to someone else

3. Standards for producing class videos

Every class video is produced and reviewed against the following standards:

• only material suitable for elementary and middle school students
• original content that infringes no third party’s copyright
• background music from royalty-free sources only
• edited so that no student’s personal information is exposed
• published only after a teacher’s final review

4. AI-generated content

Answers from the SAY AI teacher are generated using Anthropic’s Claude AI.

• AI answers are for study reference only; their accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Always confirm anything important against the class video and the textbook.
• Conversations with the AI may be used to improve the service.

5. Measures in case of violation

If this content use policy is violated, we may take the following measures:

• a warning, followed by restricted use of the service
• cancellation of the course pass (non-refundable)
• legal action under copyright law
