🎓 Method

One finished project makes English yours more than a list of memorized words

What is getting attention again in English classrooms in 2026 is not a flashy app but some old methods. In a survey of English teachers, a return to basics such as projects, games and picture books came up alongside AI. Project-based learning is simple. Choose one small thing you can finish in English, learn only the language that job needs, and actually make it and show it. Write a one-page trip plan in English, explain how to cook your favorite dish in one minute, or make a short video introducing your neighborhood. Phrases with a clear purpose get used again and again without forced memorizing, and language repeated that way tends to stay. Try this order. Choose the task, hear the phrases you need and repeat them aloud first, make it, then present it to someone in English. For twenty-six years, since 2000, Huston has taught English through English with no Korean in class. In each 25-minute 1:1 lesson we keep the same order: hear the sound in a real situation first, repeat it, then say it yourself. Progress comes at a different pace for everyone and we cannot promise results, but you can choose one small English project to finish this week today.
