When one missing word stops the whole sentence

One word will not come, and the whole sentence stops. You do not need that word to keep going: describe what it does. If "bottle opener" escapes you, say "the thing you use to open a bottle." Say English offers video lessons, quizzes, read-aloud practice and dubbing. For speaking practice, choose one of six conversation characters and answer its prepared questions in English.
